During the mission you will be provided with food and drinks. The meals are standard military rations MRE (Meals Ready to Eat) and will be prepared in accordance with the dietary requirements.
Every day is planned for around 2000 kcal. There are three meals and two snacks everyday and the menu is designed to provide a balanced diet for the participants. You will be provided with around 3 liters drinking of water per day.
You can see the menu here.
As most food in Poland diet is based on meat (especially pork). We are aware, that this is problematic for vegetarians, vegans and because of the religious reasons. We also provide additional extra food, such as canned fish (tuna, sardines), canned vegetables, and canned fruits. No milk products, eggs, fresh vegetables or fruits are available in the habitat as of it would spoil quickly. Because of the fire safety and sanitary reasons there is also not possible to cook or prepare food in the habitat, so please do not bring any food with you.
